after inserting bullets (as numbers), on the 1st bullet point (i.e value)..right-click and select Numbering and then select Set Numbering Value wherein you can set the initial value as 50000 (in your case)In Microsoft Word, how we can start numbering from 50000 using ';bullets and numbering'; option?
You don't say what version, but type out a list with normal numbering, then highlight, right button of mouse down to set numbering value and when window is displayed, change the displayed value, i.e. 1 to your 50,000, though having tried that myself it won't take that many digits. So I think your only alternative is to use table environment for your numbering - taking away borders and using colums for convenience only. So in first column have say 50, and in second column 000. You can right align the first column, left align the second so they will be close to each other. Autofill the 50 down in first column or copy an paste, and set the second column 000 as a defined new list so it will automatically flip over to 001, 002 etc.

If you find this difficult, then I suggest doing the numbers in Excel where of course you can easily use autofill and copying and pasting in.
