Most of the numbering is in the headers or footers in all of Microsoft programs, so you should have no trouble from now on.How do i stop automatic numbering on Pages, or most Word things.?

select NONE
Go to View on the top toolbar and look for header and footer. Click on it and it should let you adjust it or delete the automatic numbering.
