How do you restart numbering for level 1 in Microsoft Word?

How do you restart numbering for level 1 in Microsoft Word. I would like to restart after a title style but their is no option in word 2003 to do this.How do you restart numbering for level 1 in Microsoft Word?
Put the cursor where you want the numbering to re-start. Then from the Menu, select Format, then select Bullets and Numbering. On the Bullets and Numbering box that will open select Restart numbering (down in the lower left hand corner).How do you restart numbering for level 1 in Microsoft Word?
