How do I make the line numbering not include the title in a Microsoft Word Xp document?

I'm writing a bill, and I went to Page Setup, and did Line Numbering, but I can't make the line numbering not include the title. How would I make the line numbering start from the first 'un-title' line?How do I make the line numbering not include the title in a Microsoft Word Xp document?
Here is one way. Put the title in a Header box because the Header box isn't included in the line count. Click View, Header and Footer, type in your title.
