How do you use numbering for emails so that it numbers the issues in an outline form.?

That is all dependent on what e-mail program you are using. If you are using an on-line e-mail system such as yahoo or hotmail, you probably cannot do this. If you are using Outlook, this uses Microsoft Word for editing e-mails so this makes that possible. It is completely dependent on your e-mail software, but chances are you cannot accomplish what you are looking to do unless you are using a real e-mail program such as Outlook or Lotus Notes.
